So who got the chance to watch the MTV Video Music Awards??!! I watched most of it. We all know who is the talk of the town country right now, and that is Miley Cyrus! Besides her jaw dropping performance with Robin Thicke, there were other parts of the show that were worth talking about. Like, Justin Timberlake’s performance (PHENOMENAL!!), the mini Nsync reunion, and of course the fashion!! The pictures below are some of my favorite looks of the night and the most memorable moments!

I did not expect ‘Nsync to perform! Nice surprise MTV! I felt like I was in middle school all over again! (Don’t judge me!!) Like I’ve mentioned before Justin did a great job! His performance had to be at least 15 to 20 minutes long and he did not miss a breath, beat, or dance move!

Here are some of my favorite and new items I have purchased from Clothes Mentor. I absolutely love my Michael Kors tote ($75) and I can't leave the house without my Coach planner ($30)!! I promise I write everything in there! I'm not sure what I'm going to wear with my new Guess purse ($20), but I'm sure I will find something! It's getting close to my favorite season, FALL! It's never too early to stock up on fall wear and this faux fur vest ($20) is perfect!

For about a month, this purse and I have not parted ways! lol I love it and I get many compliments on it! Google or check whatever search engine to see if you have a Clothes Mentor in your area! Promise you will love it! Good Day people!

Hey everyone! Tomorrow is Friday! FINALLY! I hope you all had a great week. These posts are from the events that I attended about two weeks ago. First, I attended the Cosign magazine issue release party in Dallas. The view from the roof top was amazing! It was nice seeing Dallas from a different view. There wasn’t much networking going on, so I glad that my sister and her friend came along with me.

Courtney, I couldn’t agree with you more about moving out of Texas! Good luck to you and congrats on graduating this fall! I know you are going to do great!

Rihanna's hair! It's grey? My guess is that when you have money and you get bored, you can do whatever the hell you want! That's the vibe that I get from her! lol Me, personally, I like it on her! I think to keep her looking young with this hair color, she is to wear make-up at all times! lol. I feel like the hair can  make her look decades older if she doesn't wear any make-up.

This is my deal... Rihanna is definitely a trendsetter and a lot of young women look up to her for style inspiration. Why do I feel like there are going to a lot more grey heads in a couple of weeks?! lol.

Well, you know my saying... If you have the confidence to wear it, then wear it!!

Do You Like Rihanna's Grey Hair?
YEA! It's Rihanna! She can rock anything!
	No, it's not cute...

Rocking statement nails have been one of the hottest trends of the summer!! Now, it is more to just having acrylic nails and cute nail polish. They now have the crazy prints and designs, you can even add bows and mini pearls. Here are some celebs and some hot trends of the summer!

It is the perfect time to have braids! It's hot and humid, and who had no time to mess with my hair was ME! It's very convenient and allows me to sleep a few extra minutes in the morning!

My braids were done by my sister and the process took about 6 hours. Time actually flew by and plus my sister moves pretty fast.

Before she started, I washed and conditioned my hair. I did sit with the conditioner for about 10 minutes due to the permanent color I had put on my hair. I'm trying to have less breakage as possible when I take my hair down. I did not blow dry my hair. My sister and mom prefer to braid the hair while it is wet. My guess is that it blends better with the added hair.
